Stellenbeschreibung
Als Housekeeping Assistant (m/w/d) bei The Cloud One Hotels ist Ihr Fokus ist das Wohlergehen unserer Gästen und Ihres Teams. Sie unterstützen bei der Koordination und Führung der Housekeeping-Abteilung. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören außerdem:
- Mitverantwortung für die Bestellung und Lieferungen innerhalb der Housekeeping-Abteilung
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Reinigungskräften
- Sicherstellung und Umsetzung der Housekeeping-Standards sowie die Verantwortung für die Sauberkeit in allen Bereichen
- Mitverantwortung für die Durchführung von internen Coachings, Crosstrainings und Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitenden im Housekeeping
- Abteilungsübergreifende Einblicke in neue Tätigkeitsbereiche durch die Zusammenarbeit in unserem multikulturellen Team

- Ausbildung und/oder Berufserfahrung in der Hotellerie, Gastronomie, Tourismus oder Interesse an einem Quereinstieg
- Freude an der Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden – idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung
- Gastgeberqualitäten mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein und Serviceorientierung
- Offenes, kommunikatives Auftreten und eine gute Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch und Englisch
- Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft abteilungsübergreifend zu unterstützen
- Lust sich einzubringen und mit uns gemeinsam The Cloud One Hotels erfolgreich in Europa zu positionieren
