Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Task Force General Manager to oversee the operations of our Motel 6 property in Santa Rosa, California. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of the hotel, maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction, and optimizing financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Direct day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience and adherence to Motel 6 standards.
• Team Management: Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment and providing effective training and development.
• Financial Management: Drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and implement cost-effective strategies to maximize profitability.
• Guest Satisfaction: Uphold and enhance guest satisfaction by consistently delivering exceptional service and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with Motel 6 brand standards and implement measures to maintain high-quality standards throughout the property.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Motel management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry and familiarity with Motel 6 brand standards is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.

Benefits:

• $65,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
