Job Summary:

This position assists in the coordination of marketing activities in advertising, promotion, community involvement, content creation for social media, and event coordination. Provides a variety of administrative and clerical support services. Projects a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.

Job Functions:

• Coordinate and schedule community events for agents and office.
• Design print and digital promotional materials (e.g., flyers, brochures, social media posts, videos, and event graphics).
• Research social media trends and inform management of changes that are relevant to the company.
• Examine documents, contracts, and forms for accuracy, enforcing conformance to company rules and regulations.
• Complete administrative duties.
• Perform data entry.
• Utilize computer and job-related software to maintain and update filing, inventory, and database systems.
• Purchase office supplies and office-related items for events, etc.
• Scan, fax, and file documents.
• Schedule office shifts.
• Creates working relationships with community partners
• Be a visible, active, and engaged member of the community by supporting and attending local events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
