POSITION AVAILABLE – Laborer/Solar PV Installer/Quality Control

Our Skilled Construction Craft Laborers will perform tasks involving the construction of utility scale solar projects. This job will require working outdoors in inclement weather conditions, standing, and walking for extended periods, bending, kneeling, and heavy lifting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate hand tools including, but not limited to: Tape measure, wrenches, hammers, drills, rivet guns, shovels, grinders, and rakes
• provides various general labor duties, in the field, on Solar project sites
• Perform as a Millwright, Solar PV Installer or Quality Control Representative
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested
• Extended hours of work may occur, with a single shift lasting as long as 12 hours
• Overtime and work on weekends and holidays may be required

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Must have reliable transportation to and from project site
• Ability to work on weekends and holidays may be required
• Ability to convey a positive and professional image while upholding the Moss Culture
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude

CLASSIFICATION: FULLTIME – NONEXEMPT – HOURLY

REPORTING TO: SITE SUPERINTENDENT

SALARY: From $20.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
