POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT

Moss' Senior Marketing Coordinator’s primary role is to lead pursuit deliverables and/or support marketing pursuit team members in their completion of internal, operations, and project pursuit deliverables (e.g., presentations, proposals, qualifications) with a focus on Moss’ CM business. In addition, the marketing coordinator will work on initiatives for the marketing department such as assisting the data coordinator to ensure project and staff details are entered into the marketing database. The ideal candidate should have experience in, or exposure to, the AEC industry and possess an entrepreneurial spirit.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to lead a pursuit deliverable in whole or part, including but not limited to: reading, reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting all requirements and objectives of solicitations (e.g., RFQs, RFPs, RFIs, and ITNs)
• Coordinating with other departments on interdepartmental requirements
• Writing concise, compelling narratives in response to operations or pursuit deliverables
• Interviewing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
• Creating visually appealing presentations, qualifications, and proposals
• Translating technical, process, and other complex information into graphical representations (e.g., flow charts, diagrams)
• Editing and proofing content, including content prepared by others
• Performing in-house production of solicitations and other deliverables
• Provide support to other marketing team members and other departments for deliverables, including but not limited to research, preparing resumes/fact sheets, editing, proofing, and production
• Support the Data Analyst in organizing, updating, and maintaining information on projects and staff
• Always be open to ways to improve efficiency and exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit
• Adhere to company brand standards
• Be an ambassador for the marketing department
• Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

• Expert in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat, Illustrator, Keynote, InDesign
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one-to-two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the AEC industry
• Ability to prioritize multi-task under strict deadlines
• Possess a strong work ethic and exercise a high level of maturity with a positive attitude
• Possess superior organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent technical writing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Competency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Ability to interact with a variety of corporate positions to extract, collaborate, and disseminate information
• Ability to develop a plan and see it through from concept to completion
• Demonstrate an exemplary work ethic and an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task under tight deadlines
