Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with their PAC needs, both in person and over the phone
• Ensure proper fitment of all gear including helmets, jackets, footwear, etc.
• Look up and order parts from suppliers as needed
• Receive and stock incoming parts, accessories, and clothing
• Maintain an organized and clean parts department
• Process PAC sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist with inventory management, including regular cycle counts and reconciliations
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all products and services offered by the dealership
• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
• Communicate with customer on ordered parts status
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information
• Provides high level service to internal and external customers.
• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a retail or parts sales environment
• Knowledge of Powersports equipment and their parts/accessories is preferred but not manditory
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in computer systems and basic software
