• Project Analysis: Review project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to understand the scope, materials, and labor requirements.
• Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs.
• Bid Preparation: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors to develop competitive bids for potential projects.
• Value Engineering: Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions without compromising quality or safety standards.
• Risk Assessment: Evaluate project risks and uncertainties, such as market fluctuations, regulatory changes, and resource availability, to mitigate potential impacts on project costs.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of estimates, proposals, and project documentation for future reference and analysis.
• Client Communication: Present estimates and proposals to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns to ensure clarity and transparency throughout the bidding process.
• Tender Submissions: Prepare and submit tender documents in accordance with project timelines and requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to enhance estimating processes and outcomes.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
