Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Body Shop Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service and possess excellent customer service skills.

Duties:

- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess and estimate repair costs
- Provide accurate estimates to customers and insurance companies
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair details and timelines
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to accurately diagnose vehicle issues
- Upsell additional services or repairs as needed

Skills:

- Proficiency in service writing and automotive diagnostics
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance
