We invite you to apply to join our team as a Commercial Roof Inspector. Take your years of experience in commercial roofing and use them to analyze and diagnose our customers' roof problems.

Our roof inspectors survey customers' roofs and document their findings, setting the rest of our team up for success with the best information possible.

What You’ll Need

• 5 years minimum of commercial roofing experience, 7-10 years preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• The ability to use mobile technology to document inspections
• Alignment with our core values – integrity, team, safety, family, and customer experience.
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in hot and cold weather, climb ladders, keep your balance at heights, use power and hand tools comfortably, and lift objects up to 75 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

What Success Looks Like

• Performing accurate and comprehensive roof inspections according to company procedures and standards
• Documenting all relevant inspection findings using provided hardware and software
• Provide excellent customer service during inspections, anticipating customer needs, being friendly, and leaving them with a good first impression
• Abiding by all safety protocols
• Continuing to grow in your knowledge of various roofing systems
• Embracing accountability for mistakes and striving to improve
