Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic PT Bi-Lingual Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property leasing, customer service, and sales, with the ability to negotiate and manage lease contracts effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide information on available units
- Process lease applications and renewals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Assist in the preparation of lease agreements and related documents
- Maintain organized files and records related to leasing activities
- Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with property management on maintenance requests and property upkeep
- Utilize strong customer service skills to build positive relationships with tenants

Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience in property leasing, sales, or customer service
- Familiarity with facilities management and property maintenance
- Ability to negotiate lease terms effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
