Mosaic Gold Crown Group LLC is Hiring a Service coordinator Near Norcross, GA

Description :

We are seeking an experienced Repair and Maintenance Service Coordinator to join our Atlanta team!

The ideal candidate will have a background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

This is a Full-time exempt position; employee must be available on nights and weekends to manage and coordinate emergency calls.

Must have a valid driver's license and insurance, personal vehicle for transportation, and a clean driving record.

Compensation and Benefits : 60-70k / year depending on experience, bonus program, paid time off, plus full benefits and 401k after 1 year of employment

Location : Hybrid (Work from Home and Field Locations) Atlanta GA Area, with travel up to 25% required

Experience : 2 years of using Facility Management tracking software (ex. Ecotrak)

Language : English (required), Spanish (bilingual preferred)

Responsibilities :

Project Management : Be the liaison between stores, leadership, and technicians to schedule appointments, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Help keep inventory of stored repair parts and fleet vehicle maintenance schedules.

  • Prioritization and Multi-tasking : Manage multiple repair requests simultaneously, prioritizing based on urgency and impact on operations.
  • Repair and Maintenance Tracking : Utilize repair and maintenance tracking software to log, monitor, and update the status of repair tasks.

Audit incoming tasks to ensure proper level of urgency. Maintain schedule of regular PMs due for locations. Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of all activities.

Communication : Communicate clearly and effectively in English with stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and customers.

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.

  • Emergency Calls : Maintain a flexible schedule to assess and respond to night and weekend emergency calls. Assign repair tasks to technicians or outsource as needed to address urgent issues promptly.
  • Field Visits : Travel to field locations as necessary to meet with team and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.

Requirements :

  • Education : High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a background in project management and repair coordination.

Experience working with multiple locations preferred

Software Proficiency : Demonstrated experience using repair and maintenance tracking software or similar tools to manage tasks and projects.

Also, must be proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.

  • Flexibility : Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, including responding to night and weekend emergency calls.
  • Team Collaboration : Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve common goals.
  • Industry Knowledge : Experience with multi-location fast food restaurant R&M is preferred but not required.
  • Transportation : Must have current driver's license and insurance, personal vehicle for transportation (when needed for fieldwork) and a clean driving record.

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with company policies and procedures, including meeting qualitative and / or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance
  • Frequently required to see, talk and hear. Frequently required to use hand to finger motions, handle or feel objects, reach with arms and hands.
  • Frequently required to sit for extended periods of time working with a computer screen / monitor
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 5 lbs
