We're looking for a remote receptionist to join our administrative team at Mosaic Family Counseling Center Inc!!!

As our receptionist, you'll be the friendly voice that greets our clients, providing them with the support and assistance they need to navigate their journey towards mental wellness.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and scheduling appointments with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
- Coordinate administrative tasks to keep our operations running smoothly.
