Job Title: Prepress Digital Press Operator

Location: Washington, DC (In-Person)

Are you a skilled Prepress Digital Press Operator with the knowledge of a Graphic Designer?Do you have the passion for teamwork and a knack for multitasking?

Join our dynamic team at a fast-paced print shop in Washington, DC!

Responsibilities:

• Work with clients like Dept. of Defense, State Dept., leading non-profits and top associations.
• Prepare and adjust digital files for printing using Adobe Creative Suite, Pit-Stop, Fiery, Onyx and other programs.
• Operate digital presses and prepress equipment to produce high-quality print materials.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Mac/PC computer's to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
• Assist with other tasks as needed, including lifting cases of paper and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Prepress Digital Press Operator or similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Ability to lift a case of paper and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced print shop environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
