We're looking for a Client Care Coordinator to join our real estate team in Raleigh!

You will be the first point of contact for new clients looking to buy or sell a home and continue to care for and nurture existing clients.

Responsibilities

• Qualify incoming leads via phone, text, and email
• Input new client information into our database (CRM)
• Work alongside our team agents to ensure all clients are having a smooth process.
• Nurture and follow up with existing leads via email, phone calls, text.
• Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients
• Send and track referral agreements to partner agents
• Other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• NC Real Estate License preferred
• Basic knowledge of real estate transactions required
• At least 2 years of professional custom service experience required
• Must live within 30 minutes of North Raleigh
• High level of attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player
• Self-starter
• Strong organizational skills
• Skilled in real estate technology systems such as CRM systems, spreadsheets, and real estate software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year

Experience level:

• 1 year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• customer service: 2 years (Required)
• residential real estate industry: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• NC Real Estate License (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Raleigh, NC 27615: Relocate before starting work (Required)
