SUMMARY
Mortenson's Minneapolis Group is looking for a Superintendent I who will be responsible for providing coordination, planning, and supervision to assistant superintendents, contractors, and craft activities in a particular area of discipline. Develop and enhance customer relationships by providing excellent service. This position is based on a project site in Rosemount, MN.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for planning and implementation to ensure all materials, equipment, and inspections support the project schedule
Responsible for coaching, supervision and development
Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
Lead team members by example, offer effective coaching and feedback, and effectively manage performance
