Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pizza Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing the sales team of cashiers, preparing and cooking delicious pizzas and sandwiches according to our recipes and customer preferences. Your expertise in pizza making, culinary skills and hospitality will contribute to creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. Duties:
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to established recipes
- Roll out dough and shape it into pizzas
- Add toppings, cheese, and sauces in the appropriate quantities
- Monitor the cooking process to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection
- Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and timely service
- Assist in menu planning and development of new pizza flavors or variations

- Working the front and being the "mayor" of the business
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene standards

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Pizza Manager or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of pizza making techniques, including dough preparation, stretching, and topping placement
- Familiarity with various pizza styles, sandwiches and cooking methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to ensure orders are prepared in a timely manner
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling of ingredients
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Skills:
- Ordering, Prep, Inventory, Scheduling, Financial experience required

Help-oriented mindset with a passion for creating delicious pizzas and sandwiches
- Proficient in food handling techniques and kitchen operations
- Culinary skills with an emphasis on pizza making and hospitality skills creating a great guest experience
- Familiarity with menu planning and catering concepts is a plus
- Strong knowledge of food service procedures and customer satisfaction principles
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a busy restaurant environment

Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,700.00 per week
