Car Wash Site Manager

Those applying should be able to give GREAT customer service and have basic mechanical and electrical understanding and capability and/or a deep desire to learn those things. We’re looking for someone that wants a long-term position of at least 5 years.

Site Manager Duties

1. Inspect, Maintain, Troubleshoot and Repair automated and self-serve car wash equipment which includes but is not limited to:

· Pumps

· Solenoids

· Hydraulic Motors

· Belts

· Floats and Valves

· Chemical Injection Systems

· Automation sensors such as proximity and sonar

· Automation Controllers

· Hoses, Swivels, and General Plumbing

· Credit Card Machines

2. Assist customers with washes and customer service issues.

3. Wash bays, pick up trash, and keep the lot clean.

4. Assist cashiers and customers with accounts and wash passes.

5. Manage time and work priorities properly.

6. Use computers and software to setup accounts and assist customers.

7. Lead and work with tunnel operators and cashiers to coordinate work duties.

8. Manage all workings of the car wash lot with a high level of autonomy.

Schedule:

Rotating with Monday, Saturday and Sunday off week one, and Wednesday and Thursday off week two. Must be able to work Mornings, Days, Nights, and Weekends. 40-50 hours per week.

Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour
