We're looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and elevate our brand's visual identity across all our properties. (PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A FULL TIME, HIGH VOLUME MEDIA PRODUCTION ROLE IN A CONSTANT & FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT)

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually striking and brand-aligned designs that communicate our values and offerings to our target audience. You will work closely with the marketing team and stakeholders across our locations to deliver designs that enhance our brand presence and drive patronage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and produce marketing materials including, but not limited to, menus, promotional flyers, posters, email campaigns, social media content, and digital advertising assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns and events across our venues.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual designs and marketing materials.
• Work with external printers and vendors to ensure quality production of physical marketing materials.
• Provide creative input and direction for the company’s website and digital presence.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to keep our brand fresh and engaging.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent experience
• 4 years of graphic design experience, preferably within the food & beverage, hospitality, or related industries.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design skills, particularly in print and digital media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with web design principles.
• Creative mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of print production processes and experience working with external vendors.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity.
