Morrow County Health District is hiring for a full-time Clinic Quality Outreach Coordinato r. This position does not require an RN license, but there is a higher pay scale for qualified candidates with an RN license.

This position is responsible for improving quality measure performance and closing clinical care gaps. The Clinic Quality Outreach Coordinator will work closely with the Primary Care Director, providers, clinic staff, and patients to identify areas for improvement, implement new workflows, improve performance on quality measures, and assist patients with accessing preventive health services.

There is one opening for this position. A qualified candidate may or may not be an RN. Title and salary range will differ between candidates with an RN license and those without an RN license.

Starting pay $35.00-$40.59, DOQ without an RN license, $40.00-$46.39, DOQ with an RN license. Increase after completion of a 4-month probationary period.

Requirements without RN license :

• Previous healthcare experience is required.
• Current BLS certificate or ability to obtain within 4 months of hire.
• Graduate from High School or GED required; Some college preferred.
• Must be highly skilled at using health information technology.

Requirements with RN license :

• Current Oregon State Registered Nurse License.
• Current BLS certificate or ability to obtain within 4 months of hire.
• Previous experience working in a clinic is required.
• Must be highly skilled at using health information technology.
