Overview:

A Woodland-based Agricultural Technology wholesaler and parts reseller is seeking to fill an integral role in the overall operations and is looking to hire its next Parts Manager.

Responsibilities Include:

Inventory

• Ordering parts and equipment with our vendors
• Receive shipments physically and then enter into QuickBooks
• Keep warehouse organized
• Keep track of maximum/minimum quantities
• Take random inventory count every quarter
• Take final inventory count in September, before end of the fiscal year

Sales

• Answering the phone with general information and direct if not for parts
• Dealing with all parts requests from dealers and end users
• Service all walk-in customers
• Prepare orders and organize shipment of parts and whole goods to customers, responsible for all shipping materials
• Supply the shop with all components to assemble equipment that is sold

General

• Keep warehouse and office clean
• Keep all financial information about the company confidential
• Keep company computers virus-free, for business use only

Requirements Include:

• 3-5 years (or more) of related experience
• Ability to be flexible and meet timely needs of customers and colleagues
• Excellent customer service (including communication and prioritization)
• High attention to detail
• Previous experience with QuickBooks preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary depending on qualifications. In addition, compensation includes:
