Lobby Attendant

Essential Job Responsibilities:

· Perform general cleaning duties in public areas (i.e., wipe down stairwells, maintain cleanliness of elevators, business center, 

all public restrooms , employee restrooms, and fitness center, clean candle glass and replace burned down candles), 

and general dusting of public areas.

· Responsible for being knowledgeable about the hotel.

· Ensure all glass doors and windows are cleaned and maintained.

· Maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby marble floors and carpeting.

· Maintain the cleanliness of the back of the house.

· Ensure all trash cans in public space and Executive areas are emptied on a regular basis.

· Maintain, at all times, a neat and clean professional appearance.

· Ensure work area is clean when finished.

· Clean guest rooms as assigned per shift

• Answer guest service request calls

· Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

Education:

High school or equivalent education required.

Experience:

Prior hospitality experience preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

· Use hands to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy.

· Understand simple instructions.

· Learn simple procedures and techniques.

· Perform routine work or the same task over and over again.

· Ability to properly greet and verbally interact with guests.

Schedules:

• Sunday through Saturday ( various days and shift times based off of availability)
