Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Associate to join our team. As a Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers in a hospital. Your responsibilities will include assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our patients and residents.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with food preparation and service in the dietary department

- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas

- Provide excellent customer service to patients, residents, and their families

- Assist with meal delivery to patient rooms or dining areas

- Follow all safety and health regulations in food handling and preparation

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Experience:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food industry

- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Experience working in a hospital or nursing home setting is a plus

Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated according to labor laws.
