Introduction:

We are seeking a reliable and self motivated individual to join our team and perform a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facility. The Yard worker will be responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance, as well as loading/unloading of customer orders and delivery of materials upon request. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively with coworkers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, checking and replacing filters, and inspecting systems for proper operation

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems as needed, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory

• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum High school diploma/GED

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Proficiency with hand and power tools

• Knowledge of general construction materials

• Ability to work alongside team members and prioritize tasks

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus
