Morris Tile’s FIC (First Impression Coordinator) is the company’s front-line in respect to phone calls and showroom walk-in traffic. The FIC is passionate about great customer service and ensuring inquiries are directed to the correct work area. The FIC assists with ensuring a positive and successful work environment while maintaining many organizational needs. We are looking for a take charge individual that will take ownership of this position.
Responsibilities include:
- First to answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Pleasantly greet and interact with walk-in traffic.
- Ensure knowledge of staffing schedules and locations
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
- Maintain customer appointment requests and schedule.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Keeping the reception area clean and organized
- Control inventory needs for reception area.
- Other responsibilities as needs arise.
- High School diploma
- 2 years previous customer service experience
- Knowledge of computers and relevant software application
- Keyboard skills
- Ability to work with multi-line phone system.
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Professional personal presentation
