Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Vehicle Claim/Dispatch/Lot Attendant to join our team. As a oriented Vehicle Claim/Dispatch/Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of our lot. Responsibilities:
- Ensure the lot is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Park and arrange vehicles in designated areas, move as necessary with forklift
- Keep track of vehicle inventory and ensure accurate record keeping and company compliance for all towed and stored vehicles
- Perform vehicle releases to vehicle owners
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns within company policy
- Answer phones/dispatch calls to tow drivers/supervisors
- Stay in contact with Supervisor (s) on regular basis throughout shift
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Skills:
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing excellent services
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Proficient in using cash registers and handling cash transactions
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with vehicle owners and team members
- Prior experience of two years towing industry experience is preferred, not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
