```Overview: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in need, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. If you have a passion for helping others and want to make a positive impact in the lives of those you care for, we encourage you to apply. Duties: - Provide direct support and assistance to individuals with various needs, including seniors, individuals with developmental disabilities, and patients requiring hospice care - Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting - Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and guidelines - Monitor and manage behaviors to ensure a safe and supportive environment - Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals - Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding - Help with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up living spaces Experience: - Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required - Knowledge of behavior management techniques is a plus - Familiarity with social work principles and practices is beneficial - Experience in hospice care is an asset - Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities is desirable - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds - Compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively If you are looking for a rewarding career where you can make a difference in the lives of others, we invite you to apply for the Caregiver position.
