Our goal is to create an experience our customers view as unique among all vendor relationships and indispensable to their delivery of healthcare. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented System Operator to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of orders to our distribution center. You will be responsible for processing incoming orders through our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and releasing them for picking and fulfillment. This role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:Review and process incoming orders in the WMS.Verify order accuracy, including item details, quantities, and pricing.Identify and resolve any discrepancies with orders before releasing them to the distribution center.Prioritize orders based on established criteria, ensuring timely fulfillment.Communicate effectively with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Distribution) regarding order status and any potential issues.Maintain accurate records of all order processing activities.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any technical issues.Perform regular data backups and adhere to established data security protocols.Actively participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay up-to-date on WMS updates and best practices. Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related role, such as order processing, inventory control, or customer service.Strong understanding of warehouse workflows and order fulfillment processes.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Availability to work non-standard hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Note: This position requires non-standard working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
