About the Program:
Morrie's is committed to mentoring and developing the next generation of automotive service advisors. As part of this initiative, we are proud to offer a new Advisor Development Program. This new program enables individuals who are interested in beginning their automotive career - but lack experience - to learn and grow in our service BDC, engaging in an informative training program to grow their skills as an advisor until they are ready to transition into a permanent role at one of our dealerships.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Responding to emails, chats and internet leads
• Schedule service appointments
• Assist in answering customer inquiries
• Engage in a targeted training program for the following skills/techniques:
• Customer service
• Document management / Service menus
• Communication tactics
• And much more!
