Job Title: Project Manager (multiple positions)
Location: Chicago, IL
Job Duties:
Responsible for creating all necessary project tools for kickoff (i.e., milestones document, process decision charts, project plan, RAID logs, work breakdown structures, Gantt charts, etc.) (10%).
Work closely with project teams across Credit, Operations & Technology, documenting and tracking key information such as project objectives, assumptions, issues, risks, milestones, success criteria, and in/out of scope deliverables (10%).
Ensure that intended business benefits of assigned projects are delivered in a timely manner, within budget, and per stakeholder expectations and requirements (5%).
Plan, coordinate, manage and execute efforts in collaboration with multiple teams across the firm to deliver Methodology and Analytical Governance projects.
Focusing on the development and maintenance of DBRS's credit methodologies and broad analytical suite, enabling DBRSM the ability to grow and maintain its existing/new rating business (15%).
Develop subject matter expertise (SME) knowledge with regard to DBRS Morningstar Methodology practices (5%).
Facilitate the Governance framework of the European Regulatory Structure business model, aligning all Morningstar subsidiaries to the standard operating process of the parent company through operation of Steering Committees (5%).
Lead projects designed to expand the Organization and Business footprint and align those new office environments to the Corporate and Regulatory infrastructure (10%).
Lead projects, support and partner with intercompany departments and be responsible for the filing of legal & compliance documents and set up of finance and HR processes to allow for global projects to complete (10%). Mentor and train potential and incoming associate project managers through meetings, trainings, emails, and delegation of tasks (5%).
Act as SME on project management tools, project intake processes, process improvement projects, and Asana project plans & reporting (5%). Manage project sponsor and stakeholder relationships, communicating project goals and deliverable status updates to upper management (10%).
Provide Leadership and expertise at team meetings with workstream leaders to ensure project is advancing according to plan and no risks are identified (5%). Conduct ongoing project retrospectives and identify future improvements for current and future projects (5%).

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in STEM (science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) filed, or a related field and 3 years of experience in project management in Financial Product Specialist, Operations Analyst, Associate Project Manager, or related position.
This position also requires Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) certificate from Project Management Institute (PMI).
Essentials of Project Management certification from US University.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certificate.
Experience with Asana, Excel budgeting, PowerPoint, JIRA, SailPoint, Tableau, and Visio.
Expertise with project management tools, including Gantt charts, critical paths, process decision charts, project plans, RAID logs, work breakdown structures, resourcing plans; experience with DBRSM specific systems, including Ratings Engine, Insight.
Experience with Governance Infrastructure; experience with Organizational Expansion Projects; experience with regulatory policy & procedures.
