- Bilingual Support (Preferred):
- Utilize bilingual skills in Spanish to assist Spanish-speaking clients effectively.
- Translate and explain healthcare-related information to clients.
- Compliance:
- Stay informed about healthcare regulations and enrollment guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
- Problem Resolution:
