The Operations Analyst role involves processing, researching and remediating issues related to ACH, Billpay and Real Time Payments. This role requires high attention to detail and working under strict deadlines to support the various payment products and remain compliant with payment regulatory deadlines.
Responsibilities
ACH Reg E Disputes
Collaborate with internal business partners and service groups
Identify and deliver process improvements to increase productivity, control, and enhance the client experience
Maintain service levels and process all requests within regulatory deadlines
Meet productivity targets and quality benchmarks
Strengthen controls used to mitigate risk and ensure satisfactory internal and external audits
QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail
Well-developed verbal and written communications skills
Strong analytical skills including ability to research, schedule, analyze and present findings
Must be a dynamic and self-starting individual, able to work independently or as part of a team
Excellent teamwork, communication and partnering skills
Willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer and regulatory needs are met
Role is Hybrid and will require in office attendance 3 days/week.
Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $65,000 and $70,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
