You will develop and carry out the best suited strategy for managing pests at each individual job site and ensure safety and excellence in application of materials.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• No pest control experience required, but is highly preferred - SIGN ON BONUS PROVIDED FOR EXPERIENCED TECHNICIAN!
• High school diploma/GED
• Valid Driver’s License with good driving record
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Self-motivated, positive attitude.
• Able to work both independently and as a team
• Must be comfortable encountering and removing insects, rodents, birds and other various pests/wildlife
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

JOB DUTIES:

• Follow daily pest control route
• Perform interior and exterior inspections at residential and commercial properties, including navigating crawlspaces and attics as needed.
• Identify pest problems and develop effective treatment plans.
• Provide estimates as needed.
• Educate customers on identified pest issues, treatment & solutions, and preventative measures.
• Answer customer questions and concerns thoroughly and professionally.
• Apply pesticide materials appropriately, according to label laws.
• Maintain accurate record of services performed.
• Manage material inventory and vehicle upkeep.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
