Summary: The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for partnering with cross-functional teams to execute plans that support key marketing initiatives at the corporate and property levels. Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, this individual will manage key internal and external relationships focused on supporting the day-to-day needs of the entire portfolio. This role will work closely with the marketing team, property teams, and external vendors to ensure effective communication and promotion of our properties and brand.

This role is based out of our brand new Corporate office in Conshohocken, PA with an in-office schedule of Monday-Thursday with Friday as an option to work from home.

Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

General Program Management :

  • Lead execution of designated partnerships and specific projects with a focus on areas that enhance the overall resident experience, ensuring timely responsiveness, accuracy of communication, and solutions integrity.
  • Identify and coordinate resources to manage production and on-time delivery for assigned marketing projects.
  • Partner with Accounts Payable to manage billing, invoicing, and approvals for marketing projects and keep accounts up to date.
  • Provide support for all general marketing inquiries via Zendesk/Help Center, managing routing of requests and ensuring responsiveness.
  • Manage external partnerships with marketing vendors through regular communication, billing, invoicing, material creation, and developing new, innovative offerings to the teams.
  • Actively participate in industry associations, conferences, and networks to stay informed and bring fresh perspectives to the organization.

Ancillary/Merchandising Program Support :

  • Serve as primary liaison with Ancillary team on implementation of programming with third party vendors; directly related to communication and resident engagement.
  • Lead management and development of all apparel and branded materials, including promotional items, offered through external storefronts to enhance Morgan Properties at the property level with third party vendor; also lead update and audit process on all produced digital assets.

Property Marketing Support :

  • Serve as marketing liaison throughout the acquisition and disposition process with various internal departments to provide on-site support at launch, website approval, digital/printed materials, and any additional support deemed necessary.
  • Provide branding guidance for site teams and provide on-site support for design, lead generation, and sales driven initiatives in partnership with additional team members.
  • Assist in the management of resident email campaigns or communications as needed.
  • Manage the bulk order process for marketing items.
  • Assist with property digital advertising campaigns.
Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in a team-centric role within a Marketing department.
  • Experience working with project management software such as Monday.com.
  • Demonstrated success in contributing to high-performing teams; prior experience within the multifamily/real estate industry is preferred.
  • Interest in multifamily marketing best practices, strategies, and emerging trends.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and project management/organizational skills.
  • Ability to take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities; must be self-motivated, detail minded and possess a sense of urgency.
  • Must be professional and energetic with a positive attitude.
  • Service-oriented attitude with a focus on resident satisfaction.

Salary range: $50,000-55,000/yr

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
