About Us:

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Attorney Bonus Team to support the implementation and ongoing management of our Spiff bonus/commission software. We are a forward-thinking law firm dedicated to using state-of-the-art tools and processes to deliver excellence in our services.

Responsibilities:

Bonus Calculation and Payment Management:

• Assist in utilizing the Spiff software to manage attorneys' employment and bonus contract terms.
• Support the integration of Spiff with Salesforce to systematically pull case information, including settlement amounts, attorney fees, and other relevant data points.
• Ensure systematic calculations of attorney bonuses based on fees collected, coordinating with the attorneys and accounting payroll teams.

Attorney Support:

• Provide prompt resolution of support tickets from attorneys regarding their bonus calculations and questions about the system.
• Ensure excellent customer service, maintaining team satisfaction with bonus processes and systems.

Contract Management:

• Accurately enter and maintain all attorney contracts within the Spiff application.
• Audit payments to guarantee that attorneys are receiving the correct amounts.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze financial data and create reports to identify trends or inconsistencies.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on bonus payouts and contract compliance.

Training and Support:

• Provide training and support to attorneys and finance team members regarding the bonus tracking application and processes.
• Create and maintain documentation and guidelines for financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis.
• Familiarity with Spiff, Xactly, Salesforce, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
