We are currently seeking a Financial/Program Analyst to join our team supporting the IWS 6-U.S. Navy in Arlington, Virginia. The position is hybrid.

What you’ll do:

Provide overall financial planning and program management support.

Responsibilities:

• Provides program support for the proper development and acquisition of the Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems 6.0 (IWS 6) for both in-service and ships, new construction.
• Implemented business process improvements
• Tracks 7300/OPP Data Calls, provides status updates, and processes a variety of tasks to completion
• Performs administrative functions such as required training and project updates
• Identifies and corrects data errors and provides recommended solutions
• Maintains an action tracker to ensure tasks are completed correctly, comprehensively, and on tim
• Tracks configuration change documentation through the approval process to include coordinating across multiple other programs and organizations
• Build Presentations

• Attend meetings and provide client support onsite/in person when required

• Five years' Department of Navy financial/budget experience
• Intermediate Excel skills and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Be proactive 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to present over MS Teams
• Active Secret Clearance
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients
• Attend meetings and provide client support onsite/in person when required
