Description

Responsibilities:

• Prepare bank finance and title documents
• Prepare and submit all legal transfer documents for the Finance department & Financial Institutions following review of the documents by the Finance Director
• Assist in creating and processing leasing and loan paperwork
• Verify accuracy of vehicle identification information on contracts
• Achieve or exceed group standards such as sales production, gross profit and applicable benchmarks which result in profitability and customer service satisfaction
• Effectively communicate with Sales Managers and Sales Personnel to strengthen processes
• Maintain ability to handle job stress and effective interaction with others in the workplace
• Communicate and help resolve customer complaints and adjustments in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications
Qualifications:

• 1 year experience in an administrative role
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Previous automotive experience a plus
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask
