Morgan Automotive Group is searching for Experienced Chrysler certified Automotive Service Technicians to join our growing Leesburg Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram team! We have urgent needs for all levels of automotive technicians from entry level to Master Techs. Our Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram has excellent training and advancement opportunities! We have a great crew and we are growing fast - we are looking for long term team members that can grow with us.

• Pay Rates Starting at $15hr Hourly to $35 hr Flat Rate
• Experience Preferred but Not Required
• Tech training program-in house
• 5-day work week / work every other Saturday/ 3/13's, 4/12's very flexible schedules
• Paid Time off start accruing after 90 days for full time.

Morgan’s Automotive Technician Training Program will provide you with comprehensive training that gives you a rewarding and stable career path with potential opportunities to become a Master Tech, Shop Foreman, Service Manager or even a General Manager. Sponsorships for advancement programs also available for candidates after 90 days, as well as, opportunity for tool incentives upon graduation! Our new to automotive technicians receive a starting pay of $15-$20 per hour.
