Responsibilities

  • Process biweekly and monthly commission payrolls. Using Paycom timekeeping and payroll software
  • Update payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department position or rate changes
  • Prepare reports from dealership DMS for departmental service productivity and sales commissions post to accounting
  • Monthly pay accrual & PTO posting
  • 401K verify upload to administrator submissions, employee benefits paid monthly and workers compensation payments
  • Provide sales commission detail to store personnel and management weekly for approval and/or corrections
  • Maintain employee confidence through regular communication
  • Vendor benefits (Medical, dental, life & cafeterias) statements reconciled and paid to the carriers monthly
  • Other lite accounting related tasks as Manager requires

  • Excel workbook skills required, basic formulas & V lookup

  • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
  • Payroll software experience
  • Accurate Reporting Skills
  • Good Written, Verbal and Organizational Skills
