Seals and Bearings
business of Morgan Advanced Materials makes high-performance self-lubricating bearing and seal components, predominantly used in pumps, industrial and domestic, or other sealing applications.
We use advanced carbon / graphite, silicon carbide, alumina and zirconia materials to engineer lightweight, low-friction bearings and seals.
These materials help solve the problems associated with the use of lubricants in extreme temperatures, corrosive or hygienic environments where access is restricted, and are engineered into products which provide customer-specific solutions.Key Figures :

Responsibilities
Essential Functions : Key, post and balance payroll attendance hours, vacation, emergency time in computer daily. Complete daily, bi-weekly and monthly payroll reports.
Audit attendance hours daily to determine accuracy of hours to be paid.Write service record memos for all absences other than vacation and record all attendance / wage information on employee records.
Keep records of all step raises and prepare progress reports when dueFull responsibility for payroll processingGenerate reports and extract data from payroll system for monthly journal entries and other information needsMaintain Morgan Employee Information System (MEIS)Extract data to prepare annual reports (VETS-100, EEO-1) and audit requestsProcess unemployment compensation claims and employee verification requestsUpdate / Maintain seniority listsMaintain all personnel files, employee medical files, and other HR dept filesPrepare / distribute vacation / emergency time reports each pay periodPost job bidsKeep records of disciplinary memos for scrap and other infractionsAssist with special employee events (social activities, luncheons, recognitions, wellness events, etc.
Qualifications
A High School Diploma is required. A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is desired. Exceptional math skills, familiarity with HR compliance and attentiveness to details is also required.
Prior payroll processing experience preferred, as well as Professional Certification in Payroll.Individual must be a : Citizen of the United States, orPermanent resident alien of the United States, orProtected individual as defined by 8 U.
