Gantry Robot Technician - Field Service - Brookfield, WI

Seeking a field service technician with experience working with machinery in a factory setting to service overhead cranes and gantry robots.

Shall:

• Commission new equipment installations.

• Pinpoint machine components that are causing malfunctions and conducting necessary repairs.

• Replace necessary parts including: grippers, cranes, three axis gantries, telescopic arms, End of Arm Tooling, belts, motors, servos, gearboxes, power supplies, etc.

• Troubleshoot and reprogram controls systems including PLCs and HMIs.

• Provide proper training to inexperienced operators.
