Field Service Technician - CNC Machining Centers – Sterling Heights, MI

Perform installations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs of automated CNC machine tools including vertical and horizontal mills, boring and gantry mills, lathes, screw machines, cutters, saws, routers, grinders, and similar at customer sites.

• Install new equipment at customer sites.

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs of equipment including hydroelectric, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Replace spindles, turrets, bearings, motors, sprockets, etc.

• Test and debug Servo Motors; Variable Frequency Motor Drives; Sensors; Actuators; Programmable Logic Controllers; DC & Three Phase AC Power Units; and similar.

• Provide operator training at customer facilities.
