Position Summary

CNC Programmer/Estimator position creates programs, engineering drawings and cost estimates using a variety of programs including but not limited to Solid works, AutoCAD, Tru Tops Classic and Boost, Fabriwin and JobBoss 2 to produce parts on a variety of sheet metal equipment per customer specifications and quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience with CNC programming software (Required)
• Manufacturing experience (Required)
• CAD experience (Required)
• Strong Computer Skills (Required)
• Strong Communications Skills both verbal and written (Required)
• Excellent Time Management Skills while balancing programing and estimating (Required)
• 5 years in metal fabrication and machining (Preferred)
• Understanding of blueprints and quality standards and tolerances (Preferred)
• Strong math background (Preferred)
• Experience using a variety of measuring instruments (Preferred)
• Understanding the quality requirements of the products (Preferred)
• Solid works experience (Preferred)
• Knowledge of raw materials (Preferred)
• Experience with punches, lasers, cutting tools and press brakes (Preferred)
• Analytical (Preferred)
