Under the supervision of the Data Supervisor, will implement the data collection plan per the design of the Project Evaluator. This will include the collection and entering of all data via the nFORM online system provided by the federal funding source, utilizing the data template and assisting with compiling all data not collected via nFORM such as consent form tallies as well as assisting with continuous quality improvement regarding all data related procedures, as well as assisting with compiling data for reporting and research processes as directed.
- Following data monitoring and collection plans.
- Provide information for reports on data collection activities ongoingly.
- Meet with Data Supervisor as requested to discuss data collection process, entry or plans.
- Attend all nFORM and data collection trainings as directed.
- Implement program data entry, monitoring and collection plans set forth.
- Provide written summaries of all data attempted and collected by venue, teacher, relationship educator by each semester and year on an ongoing basis for the duration of the grant.
- Immediately report any problems related to data entry or collection to the Data Supervisor.
- Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written forms.
- Ability to use computer software.
- Ability to communicate with youth during the data collection process, including the distribution of pre and post-test instruments.
- Ability to maintain a well-organized data filing system.
- Ability to problem solve and provide feedback to supervisor toward making project improvements.
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary setting both in schools, community sites and
- office.
- Both telecommute and in-office environment that maybe subject to constant interruptions.
- Daily management and cleaning of your personal workspace.
- May be subject to schools and/or community sites that may have less then optimal conditions.
- Appropriate management of CDC, public health, local health departments and school precautions relating to current pandemic or any other concerns that may present for self, staff and partners.
