The Welcome Center Attendant helps maintain a safe environment by greeting and providing directions if needed to visitors, monitoring fire panel, maintaining traffic log, and securing assigned doors.
Physical Requirements:
Works in a clean, well-lighted gatehouse.
The 3rd shift Welcome Center Attendant works throughout the community closing and locking doors at night, making rounds every other hour, and unlocks doors at 6am. Possible work hazards include airborne particles, bloodborne pathogens, moving parts, offensive odors, muscular strains, injurious loud noises, and toxic chemicals/fumes.
