We are a Home Care agency seeking an upbeat, compassionate, and professional SCHEDULER WITH HOME CARE EXPERIENCE to join our team, in the Erie, PA area.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Provide fill-ins or permanent shifts for client and aide schedules
All aspects of scheduling should be documented, including:
A problem or complaint
Updates, cancellations, and changes
Maintaining communication with clients and their case managers
Establishing nurse visits and caregiver evaluations Providing outstanding customer service to consumers, care managers, and caregivers
Participate in the recruitment process and maintain records
Provide support to the office by answering phones, filing, and mailing documents.
Comply with home care policies and procedures as well as federal and state regulations
Manage and coordinate patient care plans with the nursing staff
- Perform other duties as assigned
