Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Coordinator with expertise in Medicaid to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in facilitating the coordination of care services for our clients who rely on Medicaid benefits. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals in our community while working within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, social work, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Medicaid in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Medicaid policies, regulations, and reimbursement processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including electronic health systems and Microsoft Office suite.

Working Conditions:

• This position operates in an office environment within a home health agency.
• Regular hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time.
