TITLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE

Moran Transportation Corporation has an immediate opening for a full-time CUSTOMER SERVICE Rep at our Elkhart, IN location.

MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Resolve and process all related customer inquiries
• Answer inbound calls & emails in a professional & timely manner
• Organize delivery appointments
• Assist the operations team
• Data entry
• Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with customers

Essential Functions:

• High volume phone calls & emails from external customers
• Provide excellent & considerate customer service to customers and drivers
• Perform other duties as assigned

 Days/Hours of Work: Monday thru Friday 12pm - 5pm

Requirements

Required Skills:

• High School diploma / GED required
• 1-2 years High Volume phone calls in an office/trucking environment
• Previous freight experience is required within the trucking/transportation industry, import experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Outstanding communication skills
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Any other ad hoc duties as defined by your Manager
• Ability to prioritize and manage responsibilities
