Moral Psychiatry and Counseling is Hiring a Medical Receptionist Near Eugene, OR

Job Title: Receptionist

Looking for receptionist in a psychiatric office in downtown Eugene. We need someone who likes to help patients and knows how to take direction.

Duties:

  • Check-in, schedule, and process patients
  • Take and record vital signs
  • Answer phone calls and voicemails
  • Collect copays
  • Assist providers with patient concerns
  • Miscellaneous tasks like picking up coffee, ordering lunch, parking cars
  • Communicate with outside services to manage wifi, office updates
  • Assemble furniture for new desks, chairs, tables, etc
  • Basic cleaning like vacuuming, take out trash
  • Open/Close office
  • Answer emails, assist with patient acquisition, assist with community marketing

Hours: Mon-Thursday 7:30am-4pm

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field like business, psychology or economics. Master's degree in a related field highly encouraged. Healthcare experience, such as taking vitals. Management/finance experience. Experience working with billing and/or insurance companies.
