Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team. The Manufacturing Supervisor will oversee the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality in manufacturing operations.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers and provide leadership and direction to the welding, fabrication, and CNC machining departments
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve production targets.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
- Maintain inventory levels and order materials as needed.
- Implement and maintain best practices for welding, fabrication, and CNC machining processes to optimize efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years of welding, fabrication, and CNC supervision.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and quality management systems.
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Six Sigma certification.
- Experience with JDE ERP system.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $87,770.00 - $106,185.00 per year
