RN (Registered Nurse)

Moorhead Rehab, a skilled nursing facility with 50 beds, focuses on short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. We are seeking qualified, dedicated and compassionate Part Time and Full Time RN's (Registered Nurses). We are looking for individuals who would like to be a part of our growing community and enjoy making work fun!

Job Description:

• Monitor, plan and implement the nursing care of residents within the facility.
• Ensure continuity of care of residents between shifts by providing direct care as well as supervising the care given by CNA's and LPNs support staff members.
• Participate in resident and family education.
• Serve as resident advocate with focus on the facility's mission.

Qualifications for RN (Registered Nurse):

• Current/valid MN RN License/registration
